We are witnessing an ecological crime where over a thousand chemicals and carcinogens are pumped into our Earth, yet only a handful are ever neutralized before a site is abandoned. These wounds never self-heal; they remain as festering scars on our native lands, driving species to extinction and fueling the rising heat and devastating fires caused by undocumented, unregulated drilling. We have founded RECOVER to champion the first legislation of its kind—the RECOVER Act. This is a mandate for full decontamination and total ecological repair under Indigenous leadership. We refuse to accept partial fixes or corporate shortcuts that leave our groundwater poisoned.
